I think the effects of SR lingered even when I ejaculated.
Seems like it's definitelly better to jerk off every 7-8 days than every 1 or 2 days, (which I used to).

I'm saying that because I still overall feel better.

I just reproduced the heat in my hand again during meditation. I tried to circulate the energy in a vortex so I can feel it fully, but I'm not sure it worked. Whatever it is, doesn't seem be dependent on my will (yet).
Seems like the heat happens more when I'm resting or spacing out. Which explains why it's more noticeable at night when I'm about to sleep.
