Saving Posts?

Is there a way to star or save/bookmark any posts so that you can always go back and re-read it without having to go through a whole thread and get lost etc?

Not really, you could post the post link into a text document. Up the top on the right it has the direct link to the post. On your post it's Post: #1, so copy the link from the number there.
