Day 22:
I was struck by the results, I did not expect that, especially I was listening to other subs but the results were disappointing. E2 is really wonderful, all last week until today I did not feel anxiety or tense. In fact, there is inner peace I didn't feel from a long time ago. I hope that this will continue. Numbness in my feet has gone too. I think my life will change to a better way, thanks Shannon.

I'm just past 30 days on ephra2 it has helped me and my girlfriend a lot . She needs it more than I do but for different reasons. I wish I would have done this as my first sub. It would have helped me with the other subs. I had a lot of resistance on am 5. It was my first sub. But I liked both am subs. Good luck on your journey.

Hi Blink, yes I am using earbuds while sleeping, I firstly used them to avoid exposuring my kids to this sub. However, the results was amazing if compared with speakers that I used before.
