Road to happiness through AM 6.0

Yeah, it`ll take at least 2-3 times (for me also) to fully benefit from AM6 but some of us think that it shouldn`t be 2-3 runs in the row. It`s a good idea to alter AM6 with other sub to give AM6`s effects a time to solidify. That`s why I`ll do WM2 just after I finish my 1st AM6 run. But, as we all know, it`s a personal choice.

Mlody, I think you and I are about at the same place on AM6 at this very moment. And in stage 2 I've noticed that relaxation also But... just wait until the later stages

Thanks Ryan for your. Maybe we are on the same stages of AM but still You have 5 year of experience. And If you say that you also noticed relaxation on the same stage, it is proof that AM works! Greetings

Thanks Voytek. I thought that is better to do AM 2 or 3 times without "mixing" with other subs. I have to think about other sub when I finish first run of AM. Greetings

I noticed the biggest changes in myself during 3rd stage because it contains "big guns" material so be ready for this, matey! You can read about most of my results with 3rd stage in my first journal`s post.

Stage 2 29th day

I almost finished stage 2 so it's time to make conclusion about my results.

As I mentioned I become more relaxed. I don't argue as often as in the past. Maybe I am not full relaxed towards women but i feel little progress. In the past I had trouble with talking to strangers. Now I still have fear and my talk isn't fantastic but I know that I improve a little, communication with strangers.
Two days ago I had to pass my speaking exam. I was very nervous but when I started speak about topic I don't feel too much stress. My teacher said that she was impressed about my speech (to be honest it wasn't fantastic speech but what I had presented in the past I feel progress and it allowed me pass this exam)

I don't know that is action of subs or my preparation to but I feel inner change.
I must improve my riposte. Sometimes I think too much about funny riposte and I don't know how to answer on offending me in funny way.

You can try an old italian method called "busting balls". It`s really funny and can teach others respect for you.

It`s good to read that you`ve progressed on your alpha`s path.

Stage 3 Day 13th

It's too early to rate my results but through last 5 days I feel like sine wave from happiness to depression. I don't know that is resistance or sth but I feel like a s**t due to wasting my time, procrastinate, lack of attraction towards women( I approached girl and she told me that I look like teacher's pet probably due to having glasses on my nose). One of the members recommend me using l-tryptohan and I feel better for a moment (thx Voytek ). On average I listen 12 hours (4 hours ultrasonic on headphones and 8 hours masked also on headphones) and with volume on the level 4/12.

I had situation when I had to go to my university and there were a lot of people. I felt very nervous without any reason. It was strange for me I felt like before my journey with AM 6.0.

If you listen to AM6 at level 4/12 decrease it because it`s too much, 1-2/12 is enough.
3rd stage is the most demanding stage so it`s not weird that you suffer from it this resistance`s effects. Just be persistent and don`t quit, mate! Any way, lack of interest towards women has been also my issue during my AM6`s ride. I hadn`t suffered from others "side effects" but we all know that it`s an individual matter.

I don`t know if you have tried it but you can use Ashwagandha to decrease nervousness. You can easily use it with Tryptophan. You must wait a couple of days to this herb`s effects kicks in.

Thanks Voytek I am in halfway. I don't quit AM because I don't notice big side effects. Come on! Any way I finish AM because I'm curious about results at the end of the program. I 'll see what future bring to me . Greetings

Give him a break, mate, he learns English, as I do, and we need some time to master this language. I bet that I would have an enormous amount of fun hearing you learning Polish. Yeah, I`m imagining now that you are trying to say "Brzęczyszczykiewicz" or " z powyłamywanymi". Any way, Mlody is not a Soviet, he`s my friend from Poland and, as you can see, even Poles can learn to English pretty well. And trust me, it`s almost impossible for foreigner to learn to our language well. Polish grammatic is the true killer! I believe that you can see it in our posts, any way, Geodude.

Voytek thanks for your support . For sure, your English is better than mine. Polish language is one of the hardest languages to learn. I simply have to write more. But if I passed the CAE exam my English isn't on the worst level. I need some practice in English but nobody is perfect.

The most important thing is that you can communicate with others. It doesn`t matter if you make mistakes, everybody does.

Any way, it`s not a journal about Mlody`s English learning progress but about his AM6`s ride so I expect that I`ll hear good news from him soon.
