It might be interesting to try using Sex Drive Maximizer. It's designed to (among other things) balance your hormone levels for maximum sexual arousal and it usually triggers erections for me and others after a few days of use. Not sure what your treatment is, but if hormones is the issue, SDM is worth a gander.
