going to run EPHRA 2 until Jan 1st. So about a month at I'l be using the program. I already feel it's effects 4 days in running it 8-12 hours a night.
I feel happier in general, find myself bursting out in a laughter and it's more pure. My laugh even changed subtly. I'm also thinking about issues in my life and relationships with people.
I purchased MLS 5.g SHannon, I was wonder which program is better and more efficient in regards to learning how to rap and flow and produce rap beats / music.
MLS has allot of modules that I find would enhance things like freestyling and memory of words.
That being said Natural song and lyric writing is specific and exactly what I want to happen but the technology is 4g.
What do you think would be more beneficial? MLS to help my memory and learning ability when learing how to produce music. Or Natural song and lyric writing that hits the heart of the matter.
