I've had a computer or laptop in my room since I was a 7 years old and it was a hard decision to make but I feel like I will come out a healthier individual. My main reason is to quit porn but I also think having a break and doing things outside of technology is great for mental health.
Right now I just finished drawing and I've been reading too. i tried playing my keyboard but it was broken and I am going to tune my guitar and learn more things tomorrow.
So far I'm doing okay at managing my "boredom" and being positive about it. Music helps
