Day 37

I am exhausted. I'm thinking of doing DMSI.

Resistance?

Alright.

For the past 28 days I am using DMSI 3.1-A to heal myself emotionally, because reasons. I assure you DMSI 3.1-A was the best choice I took to aid myself. I immediately felt calmer, mature (?), and capable to consciously stop myself doing degrading things such as exessive alcohol consumption. All in all, I'm glad.

Now I am back doing MHS 5.5G. Just few hours ago when I'm using MHS 5.5G I felt pain in my stomach and chest that forced me to turn off my air conditioner to make sure my room is warm. (Just following my gut.)

11 days of MHS 5.5G

I am losing fat, and gaining some firm lean mass. Being aware and managing what goes inside one's body truly change the body. Furthermore, I make sure that I exercise reguraly and swim two to three times a week.

Interesting that you spent so much time being exhausted, any idea why that was?
