Day 26
I am not using the sub well. More often than not my listening time is interuppted by (including, but not limited to) people, notification, conversation. Also there are days when I only use 2 loops of Hybrid track. (Albeit I never do more than the suggested.)
My current lifestyle is (so) not healthy. My sleeping schedule is screwed. I eat whenever I want to. (Late night food is horrible for self-esteem.)
Physically I'm not seeing any changes which is natural, because this March I'm not really active (jogging and sh*t). My plank time is also decreased. Prior to March I am capable to do 3 minutes of plank. Now I am only capable to do 1 minute and 30 seconds or 2 minute (if I push myself). Alright, 150 days (or more) to go with MHS!
