Hi I recently just bought a program and I read the PDF file but im still not sure how to use it. Am i suppose to be listening to all 3 mp3 files on loop? or is it one for a month then the next and etc?

Listen to the one that you prefer. It is not necessary to change a single-stage subliminal.

For instance, I always listen to the Trickling Stream masked subliminal. It is what I like, so I put it on repeat.

ok thank you sean youve been quite helpful. How long have you been using this? and were the result permanent?

I have been doing this for about seven months. I'm still completing AM5, and don't know about the permanence.

If it's not permanent, I'll do it again. I love how this makes me feel, and have no problem repeating the process until it's permanent. If I have to keep listening yearly for the rest of my life, I'll do it without hesitation.
