IMHO and based on educated analysis "no fapping" is unhealthy for men that are considered young (i.e. 13-40) or whatevs.
My experience is that YES initially I had automatic changes of state and higher sexual arousal for a short period of time. I'd say over the course of 3-4 months. However, I had wet dreams every couple days at first. THEN it became once a week or so. I noticed that this could be a problem as I noticed my sex drive practically deteriorated. I don't know if my testosterone levels were reduced but it's entirely possible. I am working my way back to training my mind to experience sexual arousal. It's so far been a challenge the last couple years to feel much physically.
So my honest opinion is that this trend of No Fapping and what it can help you accomplish is only for the short term. My unsolicited advice is to train yourself to learn this state of mind (in the moment, seeing the beauty of women, increased physical libido) before you unintentionally lower your sex drive and possibly testosterone levels.
I used to be a raging bull until I did this. I strongly DO NOT ADVISE quitting masturbation. If you quit anything quit the addiction. Do not use masturbation as a crutch. AND NEVER use it as an excuse for not doing something. Like.. you don't want to do the research, you're bored, you don't feel like finishing that essay, you could study later and probably pass the test anyway.
Trust me on this guys.
