I'm curious about the Overcoming Porn sub. If you (like most guys) masturbate while you're looking at porn and this is a habit then what kind of addiction do you really have? Is it a porn addiction or a masturbation addiction?

I personally have nothing against porn but I can honestly say that whenever I have abstained from viewing porn and spanking the monkey I have much more mental energy and can appreciate the natural beauty of women much better. Just my 2 cents.
