PSE is designed and intended to trigger sexual arousal, primarily in females. In most of the males I have had reports from, arousal responses result in sensations in the chest, flushing of the face, feeling "hot" or sunburned, and occasionally an erection. Heaviness in the head is an unusual response, but a response nonetheless.
