Overcoming fear Suggestions

There's something similar in all programs, they use your dreams to help sort through the changes, thats why alot of us report our dreams in journals.

Yeah I know the script says that but it's not specific. I would like to have a simulated reality where we see our fears. Then it is signaling our subconscious to find a way to conquer that fear and in the end we will always find a resolution to the fear.

I think the subs trigger the subconscious already to overcome the fears. With this method the fears would become more conscious, but I don't know how it would help to resolve the fears. And like Ben said there is already something to use the dreams to solve the issues.

Yeah that's the whole point, to gain conscious awareness of your fears so you can tackle them on a Subconcious and conscious level. Also we will find out how to tackle it in the dream.
