OSC 6G

First off congratulations Shannon for releasing 6G. Been waiting for this one to drop for quite a while and was quite excited to use it.

Just finished up my first run through and a few things I noticed was first off questioning whether it was playing seemed very different to listen to than previous generations. Next thing I noticed was a tightness in my solar plexus area after a few minutes (this feeling is very familiar to me) then about half way through it melted away and came and went over the rest of the time I listened to it.

The incredible transparency makes it seem like nothing is happening while you listen. That's the same reaction the Alpha test team had at first. "Is this thing playing? Is there something happening? Is something wrong?" But no, it's just that smooth.

Can you tell me how long it took for you to start experiencing the tightness in your solar plexus? And give a little more detail on that?

Definitely been a different experience listening to it in a good way.

It was around 5 minutes in when it started. The tightness in the solar plexus has been strongly linked to fear and anxiety in the past and was this time as well it usually comes up around relationships but I could understand how it would have a direct tie to confidence to. It's a very uncomfortable feeling that I have generally tried to run away from in the past. From what I learnt about it there is a lot of childhood neglect sitting behind that feeling so I'm wondering if OGSF will eventually be the best thing to work through it.

Just listened to the second day of OSC and this time the solar plexus feeling was there (similar time to coming on) but much less intense than the first day.

The way OSC is designed, it will be worked through at your speed, but it will be worked through. Whatever stands in the way of optimal self confidence. Keep me posted!

Interesting, before reading your response I had the thought that the tightness in the chest is some kind of energetic blockage representing an issue. Cool that OSC is working through it.

Seems to have worked through whatever it needed to as now don't notice the solar plexus tightness while listening it feels quite neutral now while listening.

Now listened for four loops and have started to notice some small subtle shifts in my thinking. Some things that were worrying me previously now seem less of a worry and I find myself planning for them more than worrying about them. Still very subtle at the moment but also only 4 days in so still early. Noticed the first few days felt more over confident and almost manic but now it's much more relaxed.

Up to day 8 now. Have had some resistance coming up the last few days. Had some insomnia creeping in along with a fair amount of self doubt and worry along with a low mood as well. Hopefully just a short phase of resistance that will pass. Do on the odd occasion act a bit more confident even though I don't feel it at the moment.

In my experience so far, OSC is getting to, and through, issues that nothing else has even brought up, and which nothing else I have made in lower gens could have gotten me through, and did it in a short period of time. I think you'll get through it.

Does seem to be touching deeper than previous gen. I have been doing internal family systems with a therapist for over a year now and just yesterday touched into a very anxious, scared and worried part that I hadn't previously touched into and suspect it was this program that bought it up
