I should probably switch to LTU6

Shannon has been highly recommending that one should complete the entire 8 months so as to eradicate all fear no matter how deep or how weel it hides, even if it already feels good before the 8 months mark. It’s a one time commitment of 8 months to make sure all the crap is really gone and every other program will probably work better after that. 

Congratulations on the great results anyways, it’s amazing how powerful OF seems to be and how well you executed.

I feel more and more inclined to run OF after LTU. I actually suspect I might have been better off running OF first and LTU later, with a clean slate of no fear. But we’ll see after my 7 months commitment 

Thanks for bringing the 8 month recommendation to my attention. I haven’t read the forum at all so I didn’t know that. I was originally planning to run it for 1+ years so on second thought will probably just keep going on OF.
