First, deep stonewalling resistance can make you that tired without showing any obvious outward progress, which is very rare as a response, but possible. That's going to indicate that the sub is affecting you, but subconsciously you are attempting to block all reaction or affect. It can make you very, very tired (it feels like my eyes and brain are melting when I get that kind of tired).
The second possibility, if the tiredness is from the subliminals, is that you're using them too much versus the amount of rest you are getting. How many hours a day are you using the ASC?
