I am doing both at the moment, yes.

When I was trying NG tho, I was doing neither and I was about 5-6 into nofap. I got myself to tear up a couple of times, but I think it had to do more with the music than the content, because I'd only tear up on the ones that had "Good Life".

I should probably give it another shot.

Been doing NG for an hour or more per day.. I want to ask, anyone else having very powerful experiences on this? It seems to destroy my critical thinking abilities... I feel stupefied during and after the sessions.

I'm still getting very positive effects though. My conversations with people are much more "energetic", and I notice women standing close to me a couple times. I also notice I feel different in my body, especially when I'm watching the video

Little late here, but the stupefied effect is just slipping into a different brainwave state. NG brings about altered states, much like watching TV does. Try not to stay in that state for too long, back when I did NG I thought I was getting into some powerful state, but it turned out I was just getting addicted to that mind numbing effect. Gradually I started favoring that state over all else and thinking I had all the answers so my critical thinking and logical ability declined, yeah it wasn't good. Back then with NG it was a bit like the blind leading the blind at times and assumptions were made without any rigorous testing. I'm rambling about all this just so I make it clear not to take NG too seriously. Just enjoy the smiling females and go about your day.

Yep. I think I'm 2 or more months into it. I've had women give me their numbers and I just have a great connection with women in general. Far more healthy attitude towards women than in the past.

I have zero fear with women and am asked out on dates at least once a week.

It works, just keep doing it.

My life is on an entirely new level since I last posted. I can positively say that I've developed enough that I no longer need any self-improvement books, videos, or anything. It's a great feeling. It was a combination of subs + releasing + NG.

Will I continue to do subs? Of course. They're a great mental and emotional supplement. But I no long NEED them. I used to do subs with a sense of desperation; hoping and praying that it will solve my problems. Now I can run one sub for months and even a year without giving a shit about it. I just live my life and let it work its magic. Subs DO work, but if you're an emotional wreck with low self-esteem, I would recommend doing something like tapping or releasing on your traumas.

NG is another awesome supplement that heals your issues with women. There's days where I skip doing it because I've healed so much.

I teared up a bit. Very unusual experience. I felt like my soul was being rubbed raw and I was experiencing emotion again. There might be something to this. It definitely knocked me off my high horse.
