To me it seems the affected are resisting the sub. They are some what affected but no strong enough to make them do much about it

I totally agree. I am just about to make a post about it in fact...

I think the same too. Talking to them and having fun isn't an issue for me. Whenever I do make an advancement, they shy away. Like this girl E, who was a manifestation from 3.1. On 3.1, our dynamics was so so. But it grew a lot on 3.2 and we were having fun talking to each other, hanging out, and such. But when I made the premature move, she went cold.
