Shannon, adding to your list of ideas for subs, I would like to see one that would work well for guys who are trying to change their body composition. I looked at the metabolism script, and it's a start. I would want to see the following effects:
- Increased muscle mass
- Decreased fat mass / fat burn
- increased strength (as distinguished from hypertrophy)
- Increased energy
- Decreased recovery time (both between sets and between workouts)
- increased metabolism from the fat burn
- A desire to follow a diet appropriate for the goal
- A desire to follow the diet plan the listener has adopted
- increased HGH
- increased efficiency of blood, lungs, heart, testicles/testosterone, digestive
- reduced levels of estrogens (don't zero them out, men need a little)
- maximum testosterone output
- a desire to follow the program the user has selected
- symmetry balance achieved by making the weak side stronger
- making sound decisions about whether to work out (don't be a pussy, but don't hurt yourself
- execute exercises with perfect form
- all muscles firing to maximum ability during a lift
- something for injury avoidance
- some type of euphoria for following the diet and exercise plans
