Day 8,
The effects of Stop Masturbating have been wearing off; I'm thinking about doing it much more often. I don't really have any motivation to do the things I did Jiu Jitsu today, so I had to get up early. I learned some new sweeps to gain an advantage. I'll eventually learn Boxing or Muy Thai to balance out my skills. I also took my voice lesson, and have made some headway; long story short, I have to improve my breathing coordination, and time it with the pressure I hold in my lower abdomen while singing. It'll take some timing. After that, my range will become much easier. My teacher referred to my lower notes as "yummy". Starting a new set of German flashcards; it's English to German, as opposed to German-English, which really helps me produce the language, as opposed to absorbing it more passively.

Day 11,
My speaking speed has increased; I think my past stuttering has improved greatly, partially because my recall of words has increased, even with regular words. I can really motor away when these blocks are away; I'm still tentative about going full-out, as I can slur my words sometimes. German flashcards went quite quickly. I went to work sooner than usual. It went by quite quickly; I might become a waiter if my buddy puts in the good word. Some of us went out for drinks afterwards; it was interesting to get to know one of the waiters (with the same name as I). I opened up to him quite a bit. He knew the waitress (who was cute), and said he could get her number for me. I felt weird about that, but said okay. When it actually came time for him to do it, she was nowhere to be seen. I feel as though I have a curse on me; I'm not that interested in talking to women. When I am interested, they're not interested in me. Those that are, are very tentative about having sex. So I'm working on other projects until I can afford to look into this further.

Day 13,
My fast speaking speed and general lack of stuttering remains, even without aniracetam. I would confirm that this subliminal program is working on that front. When I sat down (at 3am) to read a chapter from my very dry JS Mill book on logic, I was able to work through 5-6 pages in 15-20 minutes. Normally, it takes me 45 minutes. This was due to two reasons: i) I did not mentally deviate; namely, I was able to focus on my page for longer spans of time, and I caught myself more quickly when I was distracted. ii) My mind was more capable of capturing bigger groups of words as clauses; I wasn't getting lost in the words. This is very exciting stuff.

Day 17,
I've been realizing that there are several things that impact my cognition levels: i) hours slept ii) adequate nutrition consumed iii) timed spent without ejaculating (the longer, the better) iv) taken aniracetam, or not I sense as though my understanding of anything or anyone's ideas are easier to grasp. It wouldn't be an over-exaggeration to say that my learning speed has increased by 50%. Re-watching V for Vendetta since 2013 or 2014; there's so much in it that frightens me, especially given that I've read about 20th century history, and I've been reading about how fascistic systems begin. I'll need to re-read "1984", given that I was only 18 when I first read it, and I was speed-reading it. I had to frame of reference to compare it to, and I was too young to grasp the significance of that book. I've never read Adous Huxley's book, either, which I've heard good things about. As for philosophers that I intend to read, I'll probably be reading those featured in Durant's "Story of Philosophy", which includes Aristotle, Francis Bacon, and then Baruch Spinoza.

What style of singing are you learning? If it's bel canto/classical, I could give you some tips, as far as these work in written form (then again, bel canto is just the natural, healthy way of voice production, you can use it in any style). I'm graduating from my local university of music this September and I had the great privilege of working with one of the best vocal coaches in this part of Europe for four years, and she's given me many interesting tricks that help understand how it's supposed to be done.
For instance, try singing while on all fours, hands and knees, head held in line with your spine, facing down (an don't arch your spine, keep it straight). Once you feel *it*, try to get up to a standing position whilst still singing and retaining the sensation. You'll thank me later. Yes, it's bel canto. I'm a baritone, and I'm getting stumped at E flat 4. When you're talking about going on all fours, are you talking about using it to break through the passagio, or simply for improving technique? But I certainly welcome your advice. My teacher may try to get me in front of [redacted], a renowned bass-baritone. I'd love to have that happen, but there are no guarantees.

Cool. I'm a mutated bass, crazy vocal range, but it took years to get it working properly (as in - basso profondo, but with the passagio of a baritone, which would technically make me a bass-baritone. Kinda like a mix of Boris Christoff/Kurt Moll/Justino Diaz). No wonder about the Eb4, it's one of the most tricky notes for the low male voice. At first, it's easier to sing it veiled, and only getting it out front once you are comfortable enough with it not to strain too much (comfortable both physically and mentally). The getting on all fours is a little exercise that's supposed to help in getting "a feel" (as in - learning to recognize the physical sensations) for: a) powerful breath support without unnecessary tension, b) loosened face muscles, so that, with time, you would be able to consciously re-create them. In singing, gravity is your friend. Unfortunately, the bass-baritone got redacted, you can send me a PM with his name if you want to.

Do you think MLS would help with acquiring martial art skills? I practiced traditional Shotokan and American kickboxing for 10 years and now I'm having the hardest time adjusting to regular boxing. Thought MLS would help me pick up these skills better.

Definately. I used the 4g version, at the time I was teaching in my shed and I put it together way better, before i'd have to sit and think about what i'm gonna do that session and wrote it down and stuff but it started to flow way better and I felt like I was putting things together better.
Day 21,
It's interesting how a night's sleep internalizes the information that had once been considered so difficult. Here's a brief recap on my goals. Once again, I intend on accomplishing just about all my goals before I go into BASE: #1: German abilities: I've begun using a 4000 word frequency list flashcard deck, which is about 8000 cards in total. I've begun 14 days ago, and I've completed 6% of it. If this progress continues, I've have seen every card in a total of 233 days (a little over 7 months). By no means do I need to finish this flashcard deck to change subliminals. #2: I began using Michel Thomas Arabic Foundation course; I had gotten halfway through the first CD (of 8). I've learned about 3 sentences, which both Arabic speakers at work could recognize. This will take a little while, but I will continue using it. #3: Here's my progress (I wish that my page numbers were more accurate)
#4: no substantive breakthrough in my singing, but I am on the verge of it, simply based on the feedback from my teacher, and the internal sensations #5: Much more focus when it comes to reading and learning things, which is why I think that my results have been increased to the extent that they are. #6: Much better recall, even in the English language. I can remember names much more easily than usual. Things flow much more easily. I'm also more in tune with when my brain is "on". I'm "on" when I'm surrounded with people, or when there's a live audience, or a camera. When this happens, I'm on fire. Otherwise, when I'm sitting at home, quiet on a calm night, then my brain works a bit differently, and I'm not as quick on my feet. I wouldn't have it any other way.

Day 22,
Goal #4: Made a breakthrough today with my voice teacher by repeatedly singing an E4 in 'ahh' (e.g. law, awesome) vowel in full voice, albeit with many vocal hangups. But this had never been done before. D4 can be sung with very little strain, and was described by my voice teacher as "gorgeous" and "perfect". She also said that as a bass-baritone, I wouldn't be going much higher - probably to F4 - in order to keep to my voice specialty. In the pop-rock world, however, I could work on increasing my range with this sort of timber, but without the fullness. @Have at ye; what do you mean by 'crazy vocal range'? What sorts of notes can you reach in 'full voice', even if it isn't in your fach? What kinds of songs can you sing in the pop-rock world. And what's the approach to get to your level?

I'll cap this off; this is my 1000th post.
Life updates: - I've friend-zoned the only girl that I'm seeing; she's not really that interesting, nor does she seem interested - I watched 'Suicide Squad' and 'Jason Bourne'; don't watch SS, but watch Jason Bourne if you can. I preferred it to 'The Bourne Supremacy' (2nd film) as a stand-alone movie; it's very topical to the global context. - Been working plenty at the restaurant; I talked my way into getting two days off. Otherwise, I had worked 26 days out of the 31-day month of July, which meant that I was working 6-day weeks most of the time.
