Hope it goes well for you.

Yes with 5.5/5.75g it's best for all loops to be back to back. You don't have to listen literally during the day, each 'day' just means a 24 hour period. It makes it easier to listen on speakers at night while in bed. Which answers your next question, but to expand it's not recommended to use ultrasonic (silent to the conscious mind) on headphones as it's too easy to mess up the volume, too high may damage hearing, too low reduces effectiveness.

So on headphones you'd want to use masked versions. With speakers anything is okay, I find it easier to use ultrasonic on speakers personally as it interrupts my sleep less than masked.
