Losing interest in distractions?

I'm about a week out from finishing AM5 Stage 1 & its become very obvious that I've lost interest in things I would previously waste time on or distract myself with. Is this common?

It's not unusual. AM is pushing you to become a better man so it naturally makes sense.

Yeah it does make sense. I'm really starting to become aware of things I do or have done that would make me feel needy or whatever.
