is not giving up its taking a longer break and give the mind a rest i did all the multistages so i want to see what kind of permanent changes are there left
I have all the instructions input i want to see if i keep excecuting them, perhaps the guys here would get results from sm or magnets after a month or two if they didnt immediatly jump on a new sub and overwrite the current programming
