I don't know if you ran the math for me, but I ran the Casey Calculator for natural bodybuilding. I determined that my target bodyweight at 8% bf is between 5 - 7 lbs under aggressive and 7 - 10 lbs under aggressive at 9% bf, i.e. it is readily achievable without the need for steroids. I can live with that!
Thanks again for the resource!
Ah that's good. I'm guessing you have big wrists and ankles? Because based on the other calculator that doesn't take that into account you'd only be at 66 at 5% body fat.
Ankles... and a wide shoulder-girdle for my height. At the end of the day, I really don't know if I'll even hit my target or if I'll want to do all the eating to do it, but if I'm going to aim, I might as well aim big. If I hit between 162 to 165 lbs at 7-9%bf or 166 to 169 at 10-12% bf, I don't think that would be something to sneeze at either. As I'm already, 160 lbs at about 12%, I anticipate that I have about a year to a year and half of training to go either way.
Thanks for the resource again, I found Casey Butts' website fill with good knowledge.
Cheers!
