I don't understand, what you guys don't get about what i'm saying. I know I'm positive, and by taking risks and saying honest things in my mind from that perspective i'm releasing the negative feeling I am confronting. Geodude said he releases negativity with FEFT when it comes up. So i'm saying why wait till it comes up. If you guys are putting effort into overcoming fear then you should welcome any negativity my honest, transparent comments bring up because removing those negative feelings will help you to become a better person when it is turned into a positive. We are all here using subliminals and clearing techniques to manifest being the best we can be. Why change when i'm already seeing improvements in myself.

Speaking of anxiety, I've been dealing with a ton, myself. Not only that, I feel like my self-esteem has gone down. This all started happening at about 3 weeks into LTU 3.0.

What's happening to me? Am I bringing all this stuff to the surface?

Also, is GSF naturally going to dissolve over these few months or am I going to actively face my fears? What's the normal response? I've been dealing with a lot of life changes that have been exacerbating all kinds of resistance and toxic emotions.

Relax Fonzy, Geodude was just asking questions he had on his mind. I know you stand behind Shannon's products. Even if Geodude knew what he needed to do to help himself, he still could ask questions to find out more about his current experience right?

In any case, his questions helped me understand LTU better. Probably others too. Stay cool.

You won't understand LTU until YOU actually use it for yourself. I suggest you just focus on being an Alpha female for now
