Probably a day or two, i'm possibly just seeing effects starting yesterday/today. It's not major results but I *think* something is going on since i've started saying it. Tinder and POF matches have blown up more than normal for me today and I changed nothing on my profiles.

wow. ok so in my case I got a tinder match yesterday and yesterday a stranger messaged me from the pornchat site. yesterday I didnt feel sleepy at all during listening to the loop. Today ive felt a mild sleepiness around the 19min mark as ive mentioned in my journal above.

I didnt notice or think of the above and only have now since you mentioned tinder and pof. but for me neither of the 2, the 1 from tinder and the other from the porn site have amounted to anything.

Oh yeah sorry, I just say it whenever I remember and as long as I can when I don't have things to do etc.

Just remember there is the naturalizer and stuff that means you won't necessarily notice internal shifts and I think it's definitely possible that internal changes might come before external ones so just try hard not to obsess so much about it. I've lost the urge to fap completely this week and really that's all I can say the sub has done for me concretely but it doesn't mean other things aren't working. It's also drained me in the sense that i'm very tired, in my opinion I would take that as a sign that something is being worked on so just keep faith that it's working man, perhaps in a month or two you can look back and actually notice change in yourself.

Day 23 - (2.8) - Sunday 18th March 2018
Time: 1.17am on Monday 19th March
Just started listening to the loop for today.

Today been very very lazy.
Very unmotivated and very very hungry.

Been eating alot, drinking lots of caffeine from coke zero to tea.

Not at all motivated to do anything, been sat being lazy.

Know there is alot to do but not doing anything.

Woke around 4pm, must have slept around 11-13hrs approx give or take an hour here or there.

Not sure what else to say.

23days without any fapping though!

Tomorrow have day off from uni so will stay in (was going to go out but with the bandage, wont be easy to shower etc) and focus on actually tidying up and getting things done again.

Had a dream. Dont remember it but at the time didnt think it was clearing, healing or related to anything however it could be of course. All I know is that it was based on a movie called The Kingsman. The kid in the movie was the star of my dream and the story was completely different but I dont remember it but at the time thought this would be a hit if turned in to a movie.

Why I dreamt of the kingsman ive no idea at all :/

Other than that, ive had a lazy lazy lazy day and a very hungry day.

Im eating and sitting, eating and sitting, eating and sitting.

I havent fapped for 24days so far.

I was horny today, but havent fapped.

Im wondering if all this eating and laziness/procrastination is resistance to the sub and thus if track A is better instead. no idea of course.

Woke from a dream of water slowly dripping from the ceiling of my apartment's living room. 3 leaks in total. Began by 1 or 2 drops on my head, I noticed and then slowly looking around revealed 3 areas of leaks in the ceiling, before I woke up from this dream.

Significance? According to google could be nothing or could be negative. No idea if this is DMSI.

Feel unmotivated past few days but today a little better.
Been procrastinating alot and I run to dating sites. Theyre the adult dating sites. No idea why but realised thats where I am if not tinder which is quiet.

I will try and be productive today.

Will listen to loop later.

Slept around 11 hours I think, woke and just being a lazy human.

Im sure this must be DMSI, it cant be anything else, so this is resistance, but im sure the wall will make it impossible to resist much longer (I hope).

Day 25 - Update 2 - (2.10) - Tuesday 20th March 2018
Time: 1.55am on Wed 21st March 2018.
Listening to loop as I type this.

I always seem to either put off listening to the sub/loop or I always think I should get X, Y and Z done as I procrastinate alot and then listen - either way im listening now so its all good.

So today has been a little more productive than the past week for sure. I have felt more energy today and less mentally down/tension/unfocused.

Today I felt like my motivation and energy were rising up from the slump.

Sleeping alot and resting probably helped alot.

Diet is bad but waiting on personal trainer to give me my darn macros so I can plan my meals and eat better.

I havent fapped so now its 25days without any masturbation at all!

So clearly im not stonewalling!!! hurray!!!

Now I need the rest of the subs goals to kick in.

I dont feel my self esteem is rising because today I felt conscious and insecure again about my hair loss and my weight

I also thought how its only good looking guys that get the girls. When we think of celebs we dont think of the danny devitos or the bald celebs, we only ever think of the celeb effect as those celebs that had good attention in their prime.

A very good looking guy will get the girls, period!

Even bruce willis got girls when he had more hair and more of a youthful look as opposed to now, since hes older and balding.

I also remember how I heard or read somewhere that white guys are the top of the ladder as such when it came to dating hot chicks in the west. (im from the UK but bear with me and let me explain).

I think it was a Youtube vid, but anyway then possible black guys if not equal, then they are next in the line.

This is obviously due to how the media positively portray white boys/men and only recently started to involve black men more in the society etc so now both are positively portrayed.

Remember the above is based on good looking white and black men.

next spanish, latinos etc

Next in line are those from the east asian part of the world, such as chinese, japanese etc)

next are arabs and the last I think were the people from the indian subcontinent (pakistan, india, bangladesh, sri lanka etc).

The order may be wrong as I came across this a while ago.

But today it made me think and realise that if those that are not good looking as well as those that arent from the favourable white and black demographic still managed to attract and fuck HOT white, black and latino chicks in the west and all this with DMSI, then we know that DMSI works for sure!!!

Day 26 - (2.11) - Wednesday 21st March 2018

Not listened to loop yet.

Was more productive last night than I usually am.
Woke around 2pm today, later than planned but I did sleep around 4am so I had 10hrs sleep.

I woke and so far have been feeling relaxed. Getting sleep and staying away from uni this week was a much needed break I think.

I managed to plan some stuff so I got in touch with the personal trainer and reminded him im still waiting on the macros.

I also drank a bottle of 500ml water. I plan to reach 4litres (which is what I need for my bodyweight) by the start of April - in 10 days time.

The bandage from my burns will need to be changed tomorrow and having a shower/wash has been difficult so ive avoided it and been a bum at home which is fine as its my place and none of you are coming over anyway haha

I have a few days left until my 1 day break from the loop. Track A may be released soon. I did say I will remain on track B for another while as its a bulldozer as opposed to a soothing balm like A.

As planned after the break I will try masked track for track B and not the hybrid and see if anything changes. I hope to try it for 30days but cannot say for sure if I will.

I am doing this just to see if I respond better to masked or not.

I havent fapped for 26 days so far.

I thought all subs are old compared to DMSI 3.2 so the tech wont work on me. Prior to 3.2 I stonewalled all subs. Now 1st time ever ive stopped the stonewalling by not fapping, BUT so far thats all thats happened.

I see a lot of the old me in you before AM6. It's exactly what you need. I don't know if you'll stonewall AM6 but I do know AM6 would be perfect for you and since there's no equivalent in 5.5g...

Well for one AM6 has a refund policy so if you stonewall it you can get your money back. I didn't use anything before AM6. I was a pretty hard case and AM6 changed my life. I just don't see dmsi working on you in the ways that AM6 could. Your posts scream to me that you need AM6. I won't go into why as I don't want to hurt your feelings but lets just say you have issues that AM6 can deal with.

Hope I wasn't too blunt there just trying to help a brother out. Whatever you choose enjoy every minute of it because when I found subs it was the beginning of my life.

When I first came here, well actually before coming here I had used subs from other companies and they didnt work. At that time I was choosing subs focused on what I felt I needed at that time. Each time I looked for a subliminal online I kept seeing this company pop up in my search feed but I ignored it each and every time.

Some years later I finally gave the forum here a chance and then read everything on the shop pages (as im sure everyone that comes here does).

I then made a plan of action, of which AM6 was 1 of the subs I would use later. Not sure if it was called AM6 back then.

I then thought I had a game plan which due to no sub working caused me to now enter DMSI. Now im sure it is working because even though I may get horny, or I may get tempted by some porn im still not fapping.

I can easily fap, yet somehow for some reason im just not fapping and I know the longer I hold off the better it will be for the recovery of my tool (it needs a break) as well as for my mind and everything in between.

I know Shannon will bring out subs soon that will use 3.2 tech, but im sure that unless I stay on 3.2 and then 3.3 I wont know how much beyond fapping I will get.

The concern with AM6 is it being an old tech so I suppose its a question to ask the great wizard of oz himself, so ill do that soon.

Regarding stonewalling. Im not entirely sure I understand it. I mean subs claim to have worked visually in the past in coca cola ads and in audio at cinemas where they influenced the customers to buy more popcorn. All this is from google so not verified.

However the first line of subs I used was from the so called father of subliminal research, and ive used other so called experts too (so yes ive spent money) and yet they didnt work.

I then wondered if subs work or not. Im sure if AM6 has worked for you (and I saw your youtube and I can tell besides your hair bro theres some natural change in you but cant say what exactly) that these do work. I know for the Might Thor, its not seeming to yet but for me im now not fapping.

So I replied to Frosted above for his kindness in helping me out and it became a lengthy post so ill continue now with my update...

So yesterday I was a little more productive. As usual im more productive late at night than I am in the day. Shannon has stated in the past to me that this is fear and the fear that causes me to procrastinate.

I am hoping that the bulldozing of DMSI will break through this eventually. That I hope is in the power of 3.2 otherwise it will have to be in 3.3 and 3.4.

That being said, what updates do I have?

Porn:
I havent fapped still and its now 27days of no masturbation (ah the loop has just finished and got a phone call so waiting for him to go so I can continue, and he wont shut up so im gnna carry on typing lol)... which is great but I am spending time on sites....

She was online this morning. I saw here online and she hadnt replied. I messaged her and we got chatting. She said her mums twin was in hospital so it kinda brought the fear of what could happen home and she had to take time off from work. Procrastination:
Gotten worse in that I spend the day in a fog as such, I am sleepy and it could be my poor diet too.
By the evening, im energetic and ready to do something.

Listened and didnt feel sleepy today. Is that a good thing, hope so lol
