Listened to loop - day 2.
During the listening at 1 point I felt like some form of anxiety. It felt like the same feeling you would get on a rollercoaster, or when a plane suddenly drops altitude. It was inside me and I felt odd and wasnt sure if I brought it on from changing positions or if it was the sub.
Also track A feels like im just listening to a trickling stream and boring whereas B felt as if I was listening to something with a little more substance to it. I was not however bored, just eager for the sub to finish so I could go make a cup of tea before bed lol
I also 2 days ago was listening to 2 tracks by an artist all day long. I was singing it in my head whilst I was listening to todays loop. I wonder if this over-listening & subsequent mental replay of the songs is DMSI or not.
