Day 26 - (2.11) - Wednesday 21st March 2018

Not listened to loop yet.
Was more productive last night than I usually am.
Woke around 2pm today, later than planned but I did sleep around 4am so I had 10hrs sleep.
I woke and so far have been feeling relaxed. Getting sleep and staying away from uni this week was a much needed break I think.
I managed to plan some stuff so I got in touch with the personal trainer and reminded him im still waiting on the macros.
I also drank a bottle of 500ml water. I plan to reach 4litres (which is what I need for my bodyweight) by the start of April - in 10 days time.
The bandage from my burns will need to be changed tomorrow and having a shower/wash has been difficult so ive avoided it and been a bum at home which is fine as its my place and none of you are coming over anyway haha
I have a few days left until my 1 day break from the loop. Track A may be released soon. I did say I will remain on track B for another while as its a bulldozer as opposed to a soothing balm like A.
As planned after the break I will try masked track for track B and not the hybrid and see if anything changes. I hope to try it for 30days but cannot say for sure if I will.
I am doing this just to see if I respond better to masked or not.
I havent fapped for 26 days so far.
