Day 1 - Monday 17th Sept 2018
Finally started this sub after some delays and hiccups.
As advised and suggested above, I created a playlist with a series of 30mins silent tracks (found on youtube) followed by the 3 loops of UMOP.
It definitely disturbed my sleep, even though I dont believe it was on too loud so ill bring the volume down further tonight. - this is a concern to me since I sleep on 1 side of a large double bed, with speakers on either side and I do fear not hearing the speaker at the other end but ill have to have some faith.
**I noticed absolutely no change to me as yet.**
