JULY 21ST - FRIDAY - 2017

TODAY WILL BECOME DAY 1 OF MY MLS 5.5 JOURNEY

IT IS NOW 2.15AM SO ONCE I WRITE UP THIS INTRODUCTORY JOURNAL (which is to help me keep track and to help you all that are reading my journal) I WILL THEN GO TO BED AND CLICK PLAY FOR THE 4 LOOPS.

MY JOURNAL:

I will be using my Samsung S4 phone to play the HYBRID FLAC track.

I will probably use Trickling stream as its less 'shocking/frightening' to my sleep than Ocean.

I have chose flac as it is believed to be somewhat better than mp3, even if its just a little its still better.

I have chosen to immediately run with HYBRID, because I seem to be someone with some level of resistance and HYBRID is shown to be the most powerful type of subliminal produced here at ILM.

I have created a playlist on my phone with 4 tracks so it will loop once and thats all.

I will set the volume to be able to hear the trickling stream whilst asleep.

For those that have never followed me before, may be wondering why the phone and this is due to having no speakers here in the UK.

Phones although mono are regarded to give you 45% power of the subliminal. 45% are still good and better odds than nothing.

I do not know how this will effect me and whether any results will be noticed however its worth doing to see as I have no alternative.

Once I'm back at university, where my speakers are, then I can resort to them which will enable the silent track which is in the hybrid to be played at its optimum power.

Finally, I am not studying here in the UK. My plan was to come home and relax, which is not happening completely due to lack of sleep however its still way more relaxing to be home here than anywhere else of course in the world.

I sometimes do feel I should sit and read a textbook or do something but only for a moment and then I let that thought fade away.

So it is going to be interesting to see if MLS causes me to actually do some studying whilst here lol

Also I think I will be here in the UK for maybe another 1 week after which I fly back to uni in Europe so lets see what happens for 1 week on the phone playing and then compare it when I'm on the speakers.

oh and 1 more final thing; my understanding is that this sub is to be played for 3month intervals, therefore if you listen at month 4 and want to stop you must continue and stop at month 6.

I have no desire to stop this sub until it gives me what I need and then makes it permanent but I'm hoping 3month will give me some indication as to if its working on me.

Day 1 - Update

Its far easier to do an update for this sub since you only need to listen to it for 4 loops at night.

So I hit play, and started to play a game on my S7 in bed.

The trickling stream was at first disturbing but I got used to it.

I had a desk fan on blowing on me, even though the british summer isn't and wasnt last night all that hot lol

I set the volume to make sure I could hear the stream knowing that the US was calibrated appropriately therefore.

As I played the game I had hoped that I would suddenly become amazing it lol but then reality dawned on me.

Overall it was nice to know that once the track ended that was it and I didn't need to worry about getting in 8hours minimum listening, especially as my sleep isn't so structured usually.

I don't however feel any different nor noticed any change, but this may be due to:

1) Being in a non studious environment therefore the pressure and stressors are not upon me

2) Also likely that listening on a phone is only 45% power thus not going to give me the full effect as yet.

Q&A

I was asked by a fellow forum member as to why not just use earphones and headphones.

I answer this for others like that concerned member that are new to my journals even though I try to be thorough and articulate my experiences and shortfalls as clearly and diligently as possible.

So first lets look at these subs that are HYBRID.

Hybrid are a combo, a double Whammy as we say here of a masked and a US track.

US are usually not to be listened via headphones/earphones due to potential high volume causing hearing issues.

I know these are well calibrated however I choose not to use these, especially as I have been for a hearing check and slight natural decrease in hearing was found due to natural aging, however mine was a little more than it should be and it was fine before I had come to listen to any subliminals from here so I rather be safe than sorry.

These particular subs are to be listened to for 4hours continuously at 1 sitting/at 1 time, I seriously don't have that time to give nor can I simply wear earphones or headphones for 4hours at a time.

I am also home where I am busy which doesn't allow me the luxury to even come on here daily as I would do when I'm back at uni.

I also cannot sleep with earphones/headphones due to having be recommended Sleepphones by a member here only resulting in me waking up with sore if not a tad painful ears/auricle.

Overall it is far simpler, easier and more conducive for me to listen at night both here in the UK and when I'm back at uni in europe.

I hope that helps.

I however hope that listening even with a phone will lay some groundwork for when I'm back in a weeks time (approx) and gives the speaker listening a good boost.

Day 2 Update

Today got some errands and chores done.

I was more proactive than I expected to be and more than I am on average on a day like today - yes it was different to me and I was for 3 or 4 hours getting on with things, with some minor slow downs in between at times.

I actually planned to do little and have some fun instead but I ended up just getting on with it.

This seems to be more productivity than usual and "COULD" be due to the sub, HOWEVER:

1) Its too early to say far too early indeed.

2) 45% power implies for a 5.5G sub, effectively running around the power of a 3G sub and we all know those don't work on me so quickly lol.

3) The procrastination sub goal of this sub is only directed towards the achievement of the goals of this sub, i.e: learning therefore I don't see how it would eliminate procrastination in other areas of my life.

EITHER WAY....its something to note so I can refer back should I need to and I am hoping its the sub and that this productivity increases as its nice to not have any thoughts and just get on with things.

That being said I'm not entering the non-productive phase where I just want to chill and relax lol

regarding the listening: well I had to pause it do go to the bathroom and then replay so doubt that will do much to hinder its effect and other than that it was not as intrusive to my sleep as day 1.

1 more thing, I did I "think" wake up thinking about my looming exam(s) and the need for speed I mean the need to stress and study and maybe in the day had some thoughts about the exams however I neither had any urge to do any studying nor did I do any, and TID hasnt kicked in for me, which is a shame.

Good luck. I see 5.5 is a major revision over 5g. I ran the 5g version for all of a week and had to stop. It definitely fucked me in a bad way. I became an absolute emotional wreck and all of my past mistakes and emotional traumas seemed to be tied to everything I thought about. F u c k that. ALTHOUGH I have to say my mind could remember just about anything it wanted to, which itself was a frikkin cool feat. Hoping your 5.5g experience is a good one and I will be following occasionally as I am curious about the improvements.

regarding the listening: well I had to pause it do go to the bathroom and then replay so doubt that will do much to hinder its effect and other than that it was not as intrusive to my sleep as day 1.

There's a 5 minute period of silence every 25 minutes which is useful for breaks. There's 3 of them: between 20:00 and 25:00, 45:00 and 50:00, 1:10:00 and 1:15:00.

If you leave during those breaks you will not mess with ASRB.

Not to mention that as powerful as this level of 5.5G is, it is still significantly more powerful than 5G even in mono.

You know you could use masked with headphones? There is no ultrasonic audio in it. Why settle for 45% of what MLS has to offer? Especially since you have been the single most hyped person about MLS. Idk but i might be wrong but i dont see any sense in not settling for the best! Could just be me idk :/

I think you are seeing obvious and immediate results from MLS but something is stopping you from seeing it.

Ah thanks for correcting me Mr Anderson. I was speaking as if the different G's were just 1 up on the others.
