JOURNAL HAS NOW BEGUN - DAY 1 STARTING

So I have finally arrived at the doors of MLS 5.5G.

I am still currently in the UK, where logging on daily isn't so easy and where I have no 20khz speakers either so unable to listen properly except by using my phone at night.

I don't get 8hours of sleep at night, usually around 5hours I think give or take some hours either way on the good and bad days lol.

This is just the way my life is here.

When I get back to Europe then it'll hopefully go back to being more structured for these subs.

I will however start MLS tonight. It is 4.30am here so tonight is a misnomer lol

I hopefully will get the 4 loops in.

It is the first time I'm using HYBRID so will see how that goes.

Its summer, so I have a small desk fan blowing on me and will therefore play the sub loud enough to overcome this.

I wanted to start MLS immediately and hoped to be the first to buy it, maybe I was but I am happy I'm here and its coincidence that I happened to log on and it was released so

I count today Thursday 20th July 2017 as Day 1 of a new dawn, of a new day, of a new life for me.....and I'm feeling good

MY PURPOSE, MY EXPECTATIONS AND MY GOALS FOR THIS PROGRAM

My biggest enemy is procrastination.

I want to study, I want to sit and read my textbooks and focus and learn the jargon, new words, new language and concepts etc

I want to be able to be a student that are usually shown in movies such as Dead Poets Society, or Patch Adams or other such notable dramas where the student is able to change this academic life around.

I want others to see me be able to study better, faster, more efficiently and get the grades, the better grades, the higher grades....hell the best grades.

I however do not do this.

I rather play than work.

I consciously want the above but I fight it, I will waste time online, on social media, or some other ways.

I will be lazy, I will get tired, I will find a bigger cause, a bigger reason to not study or I will simply hope that Tomorrow will be a better day to start.

The ONLY time I sit and study is when the deadline is knocking on my door, for a small test, an assignment or an exam.

I have carried this with me throughout life - when it comes to learning boring academic or work related information I will by pass it.

When I was in high school this procrastination began, why I've no idea.

I would sit for hours just staring in fear at the pages of the text book rather than start or continue if started.

In junior school i was the star student, the high achiever and it took no effort at all.

So my biggest issues now is to change all this and get the work done in advance of the exams.

I usually have exams in January and in June.

I now have a major exam/resit actually in the first week of September.

The content is ALOT, and so I hope MLS 5.5G will kick in before then for me.

I also then have to pass the exam I failed last month (June).

I can resit this next summer or resit it around October. I would love to pass the first resit as mentioned above, and then to work hard even though my 3rd year will have begun and pass this major 2nd resit and then to get going with the content of this 3rd year and focus on passing the exams of January.

So procrastination and the ability to pass the resit of Sept, the resit of Oct and the exams of January and June are the goals and expectations.

I hadn't noticed Time Management being directly listed as a sub goal however hope that its there somewhere within MLS because my time management as with many students just isn't up to par at all.

so let my journey begin, thank you for reading this and come with me as we go on the MLS Train to academic success and excellence.

In this case I will NOT start MLS 5.5G UNTIL I have done the IQ test once again.

So instead today I will play IYGSH 4G while I sleep as per the last month and then will update my journal once I start.

AS PER THE ABOVE I WILL NOT START MLS TODAY.

I WILL DO THE IQ TEST FIRST (whenever that is) and then do start MLS.

I have bought MLS and readied my journal so I am set.

Jake, the instruction is on the sales page to use 4 loops each day for persons 18 years of age or older.Using 5 loops is for persons under the age of 18.

Rarus426 thanks bro, Mr Anderson said on shannon's journal so I've corrected the journal, the signature and become aware and appreciate you telling me too and watching my back!!!

I think its definitely lack of sleep, its 4.55am here and I was just too excited when I logged on and saw MLS was released minutes before so been at it ever since getting this journal and all things set into effect lol

Going to get to bed now and once again thank you and Mr Anderson.

I have just re-done my IQ test.

Some things to note:

1) Whilst in the UK, I am unable to get good sleep. It is just the way the life style for me here is.

2) I am unable to use my laptop due to the above and have made an effort for MLS, to come here again today.

3) Today as ref in #2 means I can only come on here late at night as it is for me now.

4) The IQ test was a repeat of yesterday, therefore its fair to say that this test result may be incorrect once again.

Conclusion: I will simply take the average of this and the previous IQ test to give me a baseline on which to start MLS.

Average is: 110

I do not want to wait any longer for the best moment to do an IQ test due to all the above and due to wasting time not starting MLS.

Once back in Europe, where I will have a pattern I can do another IQ test and see how things improve.

Overall the IQ test is insignificant though interesting however my main goal hasnt changed and that is to overcome my severe issues of procrastination and study avoidance amongst the others I had listed.

Finally I am disappointed that the IQ test was a repeat from yesterday. I thought I had found a good FREE online test.

If the next time I do the test it reveals itself to be the same then I may have more time to search and attempt another, but this time I currently do not have.

Hey bro thanks a lot. I am starting it now from today! thats why I just did another IQ test as in the above post, and wanted to get it done with the explanations I've included as to my issues with sleep etc.

I just updated my IYGSH journal as I listened to it last night thus an extra night was added to my total.

I am now going to update my SIGNATURE to note this and then will start my journal and listening from tonight.

Its 2.13am here in the UK, so once I've done this I'm going to bed and starting the playlist of 4 loops

I need to first update my journal here to give some reference to my circumstances so watch this space.... lol

JULY 21ST - FRIDAY - 2017

TODAY WILL BECOME DAY 1 OF MY MLS 5.5 JOURNEY

IT IS NOW 2.15AM SO ONCE I WRITE UP THIS INTRODUCTORY JOURNAL (which is to help me keep track and to help you all that are reading my journal) I WILL THEN GO TO BED AND CLICK PLAY FOR THE 4 LOOPS.

MY JOURNAL:

I will be using my Samsung S4 phone to play the HYBRID FLAC track.

I will probably use Trickling stream as its less 'shocking/frightening' to my sleep than Ocean.

I have chose flac as it is believed to be somewhat better than mp3, even if its just a little its still better.

I have chosen to immediately run with HYBRID, because I seem to be someone with some level of resistance and HYBRID is shown to be the most powerful type of subliminal produced here at ILM.

I have created a playlist on my phone with 4 tracks so it will loop once and thats all.

I will set the volume to be able to hear the trickling stream whilst asleep.

For those that have never followed me before, may be wondering why the phone and this is due to having no speakers here in the UK.

Phones although mono are regarded to give you 45% power of the subliminal. 45% are still good and better odds than nothing.

I do not know how this will effect me and whether any results will be noticed however its worth doing to see as I have no alternative.

Once I'm back at university, where my speakers are, then I can resort to them which will enable the silent track which is in the hybrid to be played at its optimum power.

Finally, I am not studying here in the UK. My plan was to come home and relax, which is not happening completely due to lack of sleep however its still way more relaxing to be home here than anywhere else of course in the world.

I sometimes do feel I should sit and read a textbook or do something but only for a moment and then I let that thought fade away.

So it is going to be interesting to see if MLS causes me to actually do some studying whilst here lol

Also I think I will be here in the UK for maybe another 1 week after which I fly back to uni in Europe so lets see what happens for 1 week on the phone playing and then compare it when I'm on the speakers.

oh and 1 more final thing; my understanding is that this sub is to be played for 3month intervals, therefore if you listen at month 4 and want to stop you must continue and stop at month 6.

I have no desire to stop this sub until it gives me what I need and then makes it permanent but I'm hoping 3month will give me some indication as to if its working on me.
