Just thought I would share this with anyone in case they are interested but itunes has a feature where you can set the volume of each track independently
Select Track --> Right Click --> Get Info --> Options --> Volume Adjustment
(-100% <---> None <---> +100%)
I made 3 copies of the original file, imported them into itunes, and adjusted the volume so frequensee would show -80db, -60db, and -40db at my ear and itunes would just loop through all 3.
There are few theories about volume vs. effects, I have a feeling i respond better to higher volumes but im not sure yet. If anyone is wondering to see how they would respond best it might be a good idea to have one high volume track and another low volume track and see if you notice any changes vs. your current volume levels.
