Before you start and after you finish using this program, please get an eye exam done by an eye doctor so you know exactly what your issues are and what your prescription is when you start and finish using this program. This program should be used 7 (seven) loops per day on (7 hours, 54 minutes total play time per day) for 4 (four) days on and 1 (one) day off, for a total of 7 (seven) months straight.
Choose your preferred format, and calibrate the volume. The volume is correct when the Trickling Stream track is comfortable to listen to and the Ocean Surf track is neither too loud at the loudest parts, nor too quiet to hear at it's lowest parts.
