I didn't come to IML to find "better ways" to (actually deny) my problems. The "I can do this NOW!" mentality went down hard ages ago. I've had loads of failure.

In short, "No problem can be solved by the same kind of thinking that created it." I'm not here to impress with BS, and am physically tired by me denying truths.

So, what's your experience on DMSI? Experience is heard more than advice. You're on E2. Share your experiences. Anyone telling me what will fix me based on imaginations sounds like mental propaganda.

Sure thing. E2 has done a lot for me. I'm in contact with myself again and able to go on in my daily life without the feeling of terror and agony. I'm not fully back, but life is decent. Before, just existing was full with fears. Nothing could comfort me, not even myself. I just went on based on hope that things could become better, and it did. I try to translate my experience into the advice above, hoping it could in some way resonate with your current situation. Hardships are different, but still similar in many ways.

I have a hard time explaining my experience in concrete terms. It's more like a continous fight that has went on and little by little things have become better. I have looked for the light in the darkness and confusion. Trying to find things to hold on that could show me that everything wasn't dark, that life is joyful and filled with hope, love and connection. And the more I have been working on this, the more light there have come.

And the thing that people want "power" from advising, yeah sure that may be true. There is a couple of assholes, but don't let their ways change the way you look at the world. "Don't let hard times make you hard" - only you suffer from that. Reach toward things that feel good, even though that may not feel what you want. We can get stuck in the victimhood of feeling like shit, but as we start looking for light, there will be light.

Best of luck with your way back. I'm rooting for you and your team man. Don't want anything from you, just help if I can. If you are picky with the ways that you want to be helped, you will have a hard time to find any.

You spoke honestly.

DMSI is stirring my old resentments with men and brother-type figures. I was an a**hole in blowing you off, being honest. I've just been more angry at males recently. DMSI is healing stuff I've been very much afraid of, for my whole foundation sits on it. It's a childhood dependency I've used my whole life, keeping me "surviving". It's the internal "truth" that everyone else except me has the right answers.

DMSI won't heal me, I do, but I'm accepting its instructions since my s*** has been stinking my life up for a while. At the root, I'll have to let it go. As much as it's held onto me, I've held onto it. So I'm taking DMSI like a daily medicine. Scary and exciting both, but worth it.

What have helped me through my way back has been working with my breath. When you can breathe fully and use your body to breathe, you will be fine. Like totally fine, able to let go of old things, don't take things personally, etc. The chakra-system have helped me to have some kind of framework to work with in regards to emotional healing, both in a phyhsical sense but also to understand my situation from a intellectual perspective. Chakra meditations have really helped, and is helping me every day.

You are talking about a foundation, and I'm guessing that this foundation is what your identity and sense of self is built upon. When you start getting in contact with your body and your breath, you get more in contact with the different pars of yourself, and doing changes in your life doesn't get so scary, as your sense of self (and perhaps emotional security) is more grounded.
