First pick a sub. And really, whichever you choose, I'd say stick with it for a year. Maybe take a week off at the 6 month mark but definitely just use that one sub for a whole year, consistently.
The track you use depends on your personality, you have to test and find out. For example, I seemed to respond best with mainly trickling stream and a little ultrasonic, but I still had severe resistance or emotional discomfort regardless what sub I used. Right now on the current DMSI using the trickling stream hybrid track, I'm WAY more comfortable than I've been before on a sub. So you gotta test for yourself.
And finally, just your hours. For DMSI, do your 2 or 3 loops back to back. Anytime of the day, once a day, boom you're done. For BASE, get at minimum 8 hours a day in, anytime of the day, even spread out throughout the day, and boom you're done.
