Yeah you want to listen atleast 8 hours a day or night when sleeping or a bit of both. Each track contains the exact same content. (ultrasonic/ocean wave/trickling stream) so you can choose the one you want and use that for the time you listen.
If you've noticed those results with that amount of listening you should notice much more by doing 8 hours a day.
So does that mean I could listen to 8 hours of just ultrasonic if I wanted to and the achieve the results?
