I would say try to find out for yourself.
Shannon said something like "use it in blocks" and "one at day, then a break, then the other one at night" or something like that. Don't know how you can implement it into your life. I even thought of "Day 1: Sub A, Day 2: Sub B, Day 3: Sub A, ..." that way you don't listen to one only at nighttime and the other one only at daytime.
