Instructions:
Do not expose anyone under 18 to this program.
First, choose the format you will be using: Ultrasonic, Masked or Hybrid. It is strongly suggested that you never use Hybrid unless neither of the other two formats produce the desired results for you, as Hybrid produces perceptory pressures that most people will not do well with.

Start off using this program for 3 (three) loops per day on, for 6 (six) days on and 5 (five) days off per usage cycle. You can play it while you sleep.
Over time, the AutoConfig module in the program should kick in and guide you to any changes in usage that need to be made (loops per day, volume, days on, days off, format, etc.) for you to best achieve the program's goals. It will do this by causing your subconscious to determine what the optimal usage patterns are and you will feel an urge to use that usage pattern or make that change. If you feel such an urge, follow it.
However, if you experience the desire to use this program for less time than instructed, be careful, as this may be a subconscious effort to escape from the program.
