Help I am seriously confused!

I thought I was smart, suddenly shannon gets summoned.

It's not a matter of smart, Yuri. I very much appreciate your efforts to help. I want you both to accurately understand the details though. The more you understand, the better you will be able to help others. The better you understand the details, the better you can help others, the more successful you will be in life. When I explain in detail, it;s not to make you feel less intelligent, it's because I see that it is worth my time to help you understand better and make you capable of making a bigger better difference in the future, for yourself and others.

But the details must be understood and be accurate, or misunderstandings happen. We are dealing with an international community, and not everyone has English as a first language. We must take care to be as well understood and accurate as we can be in these situations. I have plenty of experience with that going wrong... that's why I know this.
