Can i use both of these subliminals at the same time? And if I can how long should i listen to them each day? Thank you

Unfortunately no. Grow Taller is a Type C subliminal designed to cause a physical change which require loads of energy to work. Using it with AM 5.0 would produce little to no results from either.
