Couple things one i feel very confident and successful on last day of loops then after that it all disappears on the break, it builds up to the last day then its gone, two did randomly start cleaning which is nice and three one of my goals is to lose weight and i have been thinking more and more about boxing i have a heavy bag that i dont really use but been thinking more about using it and getting a jump rope for cardio so minor things nothing huge yet.
