I think I may have made a few more posts in my old thread, but whatevs. Not gonna mess with it.
Julien's approach to letting go seems to definitely be focused on the long term. For example, back when I did FasterEFT, the process was tapping on the meridians to release the sensations associated with a specific memory, release all emotional charge, and then change the memory to create a positive reference. Julien's approach is to just let go of what's buried subconsciously gradually and then to start adapting to being in a state of "non-resistance". I can definitely see how that state can become a default in the long term. That's better than having to keep on reframing each individual memory.
So far, Shannon's shower advice has been fine for me. No unpleasant smells or odors. Just gotta use deo.
I hope Shannon has 3.2 working for all those resisting now and can find a way to add bodyfat energy sourcing.
Also, AM is starting to appeal to me. I'm not switching to AM6 though because the tech is older. But as long as AM7 still results in becoming an incredible, unshakeable badass with the benefits of hot girls then I don't really see a reason to not run that!
