A couple of days ago I had everything-irritates-me day. Today I am not irritated by everything but when I do get irritated, it`s relatively short but very strong. It happened 2 times today. I just wanted to throw people out the window.

I'm curious... How do these feelings compare with your recollection of your temperament before subliminal use?

Is your base personality generally irritable? Or generally easygoing?

Not irritable but I am generally more sensitive, Iittle things can hurt me. Hopefullly, E2 will change that. Cause I get annoyed with myself when I am being too sensitive. I am aware of it but often it is difficult to control it.

I don't mean to pry (well, yes I do, but you don't have to answer of course) too deeply, but can you point to any specific thing or period in your life that may have caused you to be too sensitive?

Some may dismiss it, others put too much emphasis on it, but... do you know your Meyers-Briggs "type?"

No, I can't remember anything that may have caused this. Also, I am aware when I am being sensitive so I won't go off on someone. I will just shut down until I come to my senses whether that is 5mins or 1 hour.

P.s. And I 'm ESFJ.
