So I've cut wheat out of my diet for a while now. I'm not sure if it's wheat itself or gluten, but either way I noticed a lot of depression and anxiety stemmed from it. It also brought about a lot of fatigue and interestingly enough more cravings for the thing that made me feel worse.
I'm not even sure if it would be possible to be honest. I've tried several times to use mind over matter and convince myself it was all in my head, but the physical symptoms are very real. I know the subconscious is pretty powerful, but I'm sure it's got its limits. Especially if such food intolerances are more genetic.
