put growth aside , i saw more external results though interns of AM5.

And at the time i was a lot less alpha, dominant, and confident compare to i am now.

and have u thought about that maybe am6 has too much information at once?

like its only 1:20 by packing that much information .... and at that speed.

idk i feel a lot of 5g runners can agree they didnt get the results they wanted?

Thats why i will do am5 after my am6 run so that we clear this qiestion once and for all, my friend did am5 and am6 on am5 i saw more internal changes at him and on am6 more external so opposite
