It is entirely possible that OE can get people to grow taller even after their bones are fused. However, I have no evidence or tests showing that, and very little feedback, so I try to keep people from happily deluding themselves into believing what they want to believe by stating what we currently believe to be universally true, which is, after bones fuse, we may not be able to grow further.
If OE can get people growing again, please do let me know. I'll devote some more resources to studying that.
