Hey,
After taking a break from subs, I'm back. This time I'm using Experimental Tooth straightening. My teeth are kinda okay but I do have an overjet and my jaw slacks backward toward my neck making me look kinda weird in profile shots. Also my bottom teeth are kinda jagged and the front teeth have gaps in them. That's pretty much the story of my teeth.
Now, here are a few experiences I've had using the sub:
I've used the sub not more than 2-3 hours a day but the results have been surprisingly good.
The moment I started listening I felt a sharp sensation in both my upper teeth and lower teeth(more in the lower teeth). It was as if I had braces on even though I've never worn braces in my life. The feeling of having my teeth pulled pack. Again it wasn't painful, but it was a sharp sensation.
It's been like 5 days since I started listening. Here are the few conspicuous effects I've noticed:
Most obvious one: I keep my lower teeth stacked against my upper teeth all the time. This has never happened before. My jaw used to look weak and used to slack back. This time, I'm almost keeping my teeth in alignment. This makes my jaw and my face look much better than before.
Tension in my neck has reduced.
I can speak much clearly.
Other effect: That sharp sensation continues in my lower teeth throughout the day(it's not painful). Especially in areas where the teeth are NOT straight.
I wonder if it will cure my buck teeth, but it's doing something so I'd rather continue it. I don't have any emotional reactions to this (not noticed any so far).
For the visual people I've attached an image of an overbite that is similar to mine. This is NOT my picture. It's a standard image I found on the net.
My teeth are almost like that but the overbite is quite less. Maybe 30-40% less of that in the pic. What I'm doing after listening to the sub is unconsciously keeping my teeth stacked on top of each other.
