Here are the meals:
Meal 1: Oatmeal, Eggs, Peanut Butter & Grapefruit
Meal 2: Rice, Chicken & Broccoli
Meal 3: Pasta, Tuna Fish & Avocado
Meal 4: Rice, Chicken
Meal 5: Salmon & Green Salad
Meal 6: Cottage Cheese & Broccoli
I've been mixing it up quite a bit though, and testing myself by creating new meals which would inevitably give me as good results. Yeah fitness is important to overall wealth.
Day 24
Recently i've been feeling unstoppable. The program is really kicking in. I am having the time of my life at the gym. Talking to people, loving cardio, embracing sweat, I am now attracted to playing new sports! I have to attribute the euphoria to my new found knowledge.
I previously had gratitude for all the positive areas of my life, this created a great foundation of emotional stability in my life. I was that guy, who was only good for talking about good things. Now i've been able to use my confidence everywhere I go remove negativity. Each time I look inside and notice resistance I trigger it, and because of my habituated mind state to look for positivity in everything, anything I don't like is released. Each night I fall asleep and wake up the next day a new man, with the effects of previous negativity transformed into a feeling that serves me. For all of you that are tapping, keep at it. You'll get to a point where you can mentally release any bad feelings you dive into. But remember to recognize the moments in life that you enjoy. My self talk has been at an all time low and i've had much more "presence of mind". I've been reading the 33 strategies of War by Robert Greene which is an adaptation of Sun Tzu's. It really explains how to use every day situations with strategy in order to stimulate your mind a push you out of complacency. It's death on my heals how I refuse to only let my previous moments define me. Everywhere and in every moment I choose to step out of my box because I have no fear towards what is coming to me. I already have it all, everything I could want ( and you do too). And after each time i've transformed a negative feeling into something positive, the subliminal program hits me big time. I am then motivated to stimulate myself even more. I currently moved back to campus and have motivated my entire house to go to the gym with me. I've had to go back and forth from home this week but these trips have been successful from releasing anything in my way . For the past couple days i've woken up at 430 am to work out. My torso is jacked and cut with with expanding muscles (muscle weight gains begin...). I've started to play intense games of soccer which is the sport I love.
The faster and further I go the more gratitude I have for all the important things. I am very excited for the future.
