A few years ago when I was working out heavily I noticed that my best performances were not being completely stuffed after a meal. Personally it might have to do with the motivation of the sub or my releasing of feelings pertaining to previous habits. But now, just like when I was younger I am having a balance between consumption and exercise which is leading to better gains.

I see! If you could share what or how you are eating it would be nice (just a sample meal). I'm curious to what kind of meals you eat to help guys can get such bodies.
I'm not planning to get a body-builder's body anytime, I was only thinking of keeping fit
